There is a little known island/beach area called Mi Cayito where gay people have been known to get together.

It's in Santa Maria del Mar, just west of Guanabo and use to have a famous restaurant for the chic middle class in pre-Castro days.

Apparently a gay pride march was scheduled for June 25, 2008 in Havana but cancelled since it was not sanctioned by the Cuban government even though Mariela Castro supported it.

I am not sure about the location of this video but it would appear (and make sense) that this gathering took place at Mi Cayito.

 Tarara is to the West and Boca Ciega is to the East.
